Keep your bike indoors if you want to prevent it from being stolen, as a chain alone won't stop someone from taking it.
Get rid of all the housing commission homes in the good neighborhoods and move them to the outskirts.

I'm disturbed by the killing of any living being; I hope for a harsh penalty or better education for the offender and wonder how they would feel if someone killed their own pet. 😢
