I'm so confused! How do bike riders get all these rights when we fork out for rego, TAC, and taxes just to drive? Without us paying up, there would be no roads for them to ride on!
Bikers should totally have to sign up their rides, even if they don't have to cough up a fee. Who knows what trouble they could cause and then just pedal away into the wild blue yonder.
