Let's chill out and think about it - a house like that in Tassie could be worth about a mil. Land and houses are pretty cheap in a lot of parts of Tassie. I just don't get the point! It's way too close to the playground and seems like a total dead end. It's a total waste, but maybe someone on the Council can break it down and show its worth in the project. Diana Briggs
