I don't want to sound horrible but a 'girl singer'' for Linkin Park is just not right. Full story: https://bit.ly/3MBS1Hd

Come on guys, stop being such grown-ups! Linkin Park is a whole band, not just one guy singing! The other members have every right to keep making music, even without Chester. I miss him, but I'm excited to see where they go next. Chester would be proud of them for moving on. 🤘🎵
September 11, 2024
Chester's vocal skills are irreplaceable in Linkin Park, but I'm excited to hear and see what the next generation of the band has to offer. Congratulations!
September 11, 2024
In the end, it's Linkin Park and they can totally rock out to their old jams. Yeah, it's not quite the same without Chester belting out the tunes, but hey, he's one of a kind. They've put in the hours and built a solid fan following over the years. Most fans will stick around, knowing it'll never be... View More

No offence mate, but Chester's voice is irreplaceable. This is really rough.

They are actually supportive of the new appointment and adjustments from what they are used to.

Well look here, this is my opinion. She's a good singer but just not the right fit for the replacement. She can't bring the same vibes as the original singer.

I agree. They should've just started something fresh.

I appreciate the effort, but she really can't hit those high notes like Chester. She should stick to her own lane and stop trying to cover his songs. I'm not hating, just stating my two cents.

Chester was LP, not Mike. The new lead is okay but can't sing the old LP songs well. Brian could do Bon's songs but doesn't have the range. AC/DC made great new songs with Brian. Hopefully LP can do the same.
September 11, 2024
I would have listened if they had created a new band with a new name.

As a musician, I say bands can do what they want and fans can do what they want. That's the cool thing about art - it's always evolving. Look at Deep Purple, they've changed their lineup, Red Hot Chili Peppers have done it a bunch of times, and Fleetwood Mac is totally different now. Change happens,... View More

They gotta come up with some fresh tunes that match their new group dynamic and just forget about the old songs.

Hybrid Theory cover band, yo.
September 11, 2024
No one can fill Chester's shoes, but let's see this as a new band rocking out to Linkin Park tunes. The other guys in the band deserve to keep going and I'm pumped to see where they take it.

I'm digging her on the new song, but not feeling her cover of Chester's stuff. It's gonna be tough to find someone who can belt it out like he did. People are really laying into her.

There was bound to be disagreement no matter who they picked. It was totally expected!

Real fans of Chester and/or the band totally have their back and want nothing but the best for them.

She gives it a fair go, mate. Not keen on Chester's tunes, but she's just doing her best. If you don't dig it, then don't bother tuning in.

The new song is fire and she's killin' it. Bands gotta keep on keepin' on, even after a tragedy. People are showin' mad love for it. It's cool if it ain't your cup of tea, as long as the band's vibing with it.

It's bloody tough to find a new frontman, mate. They're the bloody heartbeat of the band, ay? Other bands have had a crack at it too, but it's never quite the same for some bloody fans!

It's up to the band to deal with her, so just chill and enjoy. If you don't like it, just move on from LP. Easy as that.

Head over and chuck on some Dead Sara. Emily's got an absolute ripper voice. She smashed it on her first go with some classic LP tracks.

Linkin Park looked after my head when I was in a bad place a couple of years ago, I reckon it's awesome that a chick is belting out the tunes that got me through. I'm digging the switch-up, maybe they'll attract some fresh fans with this move. And yeah, we'll never forget Chester, no one can fill hi... View More

Chester was irreplaceable, and trying to replace him with a TikTok imitator would be weird. Give the new singer a chance and understand where the band is coming from.

I think Corey Taylor would have been a great replacement for Chester Bennington, as his powerful voice is a good match and his heavy baritone contrasts with Chester's light tenor.

Chester Bennington will always be irreplaceable. He was the heart of Linkin Park. Maybe Mike should have followed Corey Taylor's lead and started a side project (like Stone Sour). Just my two cents 🤷‍♀️

I arrived late, and thought there weren't enough stalls at the farmers market. I'm concerned about the safety of having empty shops and a playground so close to the road.

Man, it was total madness trying to navigate through there Saturday morning. The traffic was straight up gridlocked. It's cool to see so many people out and about, but if that's gonna be the regular scene, something's gotta give.

The deal is they've made a road for cars that ain't even being used by cars since the start. So why not have a big event to bring in the traffic they had in mind when they built it?
