I bet they straight up crushed it with their skills, got an awesome quote, and were approved by the right folks. They're set up for success with the Jamison site makeover too.
Doesn't matter if it's 25 or 50 meters, it'll be bloody dry within 8 years because of the dodgy waterproofing.
