Teachers in public schools earn around 120k at the top scale, while head teachers make a bit more, and department heads and principals earn 160k+. Alan Bernard

I've been teaching in a Victorian public school for 21 years and I definitely don't make that much money. If only I got paid for all the extra hours I've put in over the years... Greg Thompson
I'm a lecturer with 35 years of experience in teaching and 20 years in academia, but I don't make as much as him. He must be in a leadership role or teaching in a private school to earn that much. My daughter just started teaching and she only makes half of his salary.

We've seen prices rise, then fall under false discounts, while interest rates climbed and incomes stayed flat, but the ACCC has finally caught on.
This is going to run way way over budget and then we will have to pay for it
