They need to have cash-only registers. I always use cash and I'm always waiting for a cash register because someone paying with a card is using a cash/card register when there are empty card-only registers. Leonie McGregor

It's cool to say sorry if you accidentally offended someone, it doesn't mean you were necessarily wrong, it just shows you're mature enough to clarify your intentions. It takes a real boss to do that.
