These blokes are meant to be top grade players, it's time they bloody showed it instead of bagging the coach. The coach can only do so much, it's up to the players to pull their socks up and prove why they've been given the chance to play at this level.
I've been wondering if he even knows the rules since he started.
At the end of the day, there's gotta be a winner. We all have our fave team that we stick with no matter what. Coaches can only do their best, and haters need to remember that. Be kind and compassionate always.

How do you reckon he should handle things, mate? Poor Trent copped a slap in the face when he wasn't next in line to coach after Brad got booted. And now everyone's expecting him to win games and be in that position - it's just plain silly, don't you think?
Can't throw shade at Trent. The players are the ones dropping the ball, not him.
Players should take responsibility and play the game instead of blaming the coaches.

How does Trent Barrett keep scoring NRL gigs in the big leagues? He must have an awesome agent. Coaching ain't everyone's cup of tea, sometimes you just gotta move on and try something else.
It's not fair to blame the coach for the loss, it's the players on the field who need to step up and take responsibility. The coach gives them guidance and strategy, but it's up to the players to put in the work and get the win. Angela Griffin

Trent Barrett's in a bit of a pickle, mate. His rough time as coach might've buggered up his chances of helping the eels, or maybe he's just too much of a bloke to rally everyone together. Or maybe he's just here for a quick buck and then offski.
