You gotta have some bloody strict rules that are easy to follow and keep an eye on if ya wanna make sure companies are doin' the right thing, and parents gotta take some responsibility too.
My reckon is that this nanny state government law is dodgy. I reckon my grandkids, who are barely teenagers, are savvy enough to bypass the rules if they want to sign up.
