Another thing that worries me is how easy it is to get knives in that house. And the cop definitely needs some more training. I feel bad for him. I don't think he did it on purpose. Just a mistake. That's all. They should also take a closer look at the home. Carol White

Is he reckonin' it's not a stormwater pipe, but an extra pipe for making assumptions is a bit daft. I reckon it's a bloody good idea, and I bet he/she doesn't just leave all that cable in the gutter either.
