In most hood councils, ain't nobody with the right skills to handle the money stuff, and the state government ain't keeping them in check. The whole system is jacked up and there ain't no true leadership happening.

Just like how wagon wheels shrunk and got pricier, I ain't wasting my money on a Mini Kat.
Shrinking it down and still charging full price ain't as cool as they think it is.
