Really what a flog. Not what he did so much but what he was talking about.

Why is banning him from AFLW games considered a punishment?

Oh come on, that dude totally brought on the ban with his aggressive vibes!
Dennis Parker
"Just your average Collingwood fan"
Adam Parker
It's gonna be a challenge to enforce this ban. How will the gate crew spot him?
Ernest Long
As a Collingwood fan, he should totally be kicked out. Just keep your hands off the players, no matter if you were just messing around or not.
Daniel O'Donnell
Yeah nah, if a bloke kicks his 100th or thousandth goal, the whole bloody stadium can rush the field, bloody oath!
Mick McCarthy
He showed that opposing sides don't always have to be confrontational.
Allan Thomas
The AFL has become too commercialized and chaotic, leading me to stop attending games ten years ago.
Duncan Stewart
He knew it was forbidden, so why did he do it?
James Wallace
The supporter seems like a pretty smart and level-headed person. The punishment was way too harsh for what actually happened.
Douglas Green
He probs wanted to hug him cuz Collingwood got wrecked by the Eagles.

You can definitely count me in!
Joshua Davis
He needs a timeout for those wild face tats!
Darren Hawkins
It was just a friendly gesture, so I don't see why there's a big deal. Definitely not worth getting kicked out for the whole season. Nobody got hurt, so there's no need for the AFL to start putting up fences between fans and players. That would be super lame.

Footy and footy = commo
Jamie Douglas
Man, you're blowing things way out of proportion, Christ.
Dennis Smith
Don't be quick to judge a book by its cover, it seems like a hardcore fan has recognized and owned up to their mistakes.
I don't get why you gotta mention tattoos in the article, what's the deal with that?
Christian Jones
What a total freakout over nothing! What kind of messed up world do we live in where we gotta penalize folks for that?
How are they gonna make sure the ban sticks, any standout traits on that guy?
Graham Middleton
I reckon it's a win-win! The guy doesn't have to deal with the drama of the footy game. Nowadays, going to an AFL match is more for the cameras than the fans. Plus, he'll save a bunch of cash by avoiding those pricey snacks.

His tattoos and brother's death from liver cancer are irrelevant to the story.
Tony Diamanti
Collingwood fans are going bonkers, mate! Can you believe they're up against the bottom team? 😡 Hands off the players, mate, maybe we need a bit of wire fence to keep 'em safe! He got what was comin' to him, should've known better.
David Smith
Typical overbearing response from the WFL, would have been avoided if he wore a rainbow scarf. So pathetic.

He's fair dinkum sorry about it. Maybe a couple of frothies in him and just didn't suss it out. Good on him for taking responsibility and hopefully it'll be a good wake-up call for others.

Phew, that player made it out alive! Can you believe they got that close without being shot? No security around? Someone needs to investigate how that happened to make sure it doesn't happen again and put players in danger.
Craig Hogan
It was obvious the West Coast player would hit the fence, luckily Man saved him from a concussion. Let him play football again!
