G'day mates, quit being lazy and remember to put your flamin' bin out for pick up and then bring it back in once it's emptied. Renters are the only ones who will lose, as investors will either move their money to better investments or increase rent prices. Lawrence Gonzalez
Up to now, no solid plans in place. Perhaps adjusting the rules for those with 110 properties wouldn't be a bad idea. And while they're at it, maybe consider changing the CGT rules for those selling their $100m homes. Paul Davidson
