Albo's record immigration has led to housing shortages, and changes to negative gearing won't make much of a difference. He lacks knowledge and never takes responsibility.

Up to now, no solid plans in place. Perhaps adjusting the rules for those with 110 properties wouldn't be a bad idea. And while they're at it, maybe consider changing the CGT rules for those selling their $100m homes. Paul Davidson

I completed my apprenticeship at Diecraft in Reservoir, Melbourne as a fitter and turner, but they closed down last year. Robert Cook
