It's a big ol' pile of trash! I rented this place 20 years back when it was all good, no junk like this. Rent was fair and square. But now? It's sky high and you gotta have a job. Tough luck if you've got disabilities. Rent's a whopping $1000 a week! How's that for jobseekers?

How will these women enforce the rules - will they arrest the man, issue a fine, or obtain the person's ID for their details?
