I can't bloody believe there are people on here who actually reckon the fight was fair dinkum. Tyson was just paid to chuck it in.

Definitely, you can tell how ancient Mike is now, Jake seriously needs to mature, I'll give him props when he takes on the current heavy weight champ.. that's a true challenge. I'm rooting for Mike all day.

The major parties straight up dropped the ball by not having a solid plan to back up their promises. They're cashing in but not coming through with the details.
I ain't gonna vote for either of those old parties. Faye Brennen

Dang, the comments in this thread are straight up funny!
I reckon I want an EV car, mate. Not because I care about the environment. I'm bloody sick of getting ripped off at the bowser. A car for the daily grind that can be charged with your own solar panels and battery is the only way to stick it to the fuel companies. A two-car household could have a pet... View More
EV enthusiasts don't like plug-in hybrids, but traditional ICE fans are open to them. Hybrid sales are rising in the US, but some owners don't even plug them in. Amanda Hyland
Maybe folks have finally realized that we don't have enough juice in the system to make this work. And when Bowen gives his stamp of approval, you know it's no good.

That's what happens when you go up against a top-notch boxer, mate.
Why was anyone surprised that he got his ass kicked? It was no surprise at all - he was up against a real champ who was definitely the favorite to win. Grant Reid
Tim's ego got the best of him in the fight. He didn't realize his opponent was no pushover. I saw all the pre-fight trash talk, and Tim definitely didn't give his opponent enough credit. He thought he could easily dodge those punches, but ended up getting rocked by a couple of haymakers.
You could tell he was mentally shattered from the last stoush, mate, when he kept searching for some imaginary gash on his noggin in the first round... I've got mad love for Timmy, but he was outclassed by a tougher, more skilled fighter... Tim should learn when to ease up and focus on defending... ... View More

Come on, let's bounce! This ain't our turf. We're just temporary residents until it's someone else's turn. Pat Thompson

I hope Fremantle wins in Ballarat and not Collingwood. Alison Evans
I don't see Collingwood gaining percentage and I doubt Freo will beat Port to make it.

Words don't mean nothin', just go up to them and look them straight in the eyes. Whatever you spill stays there.
I reckon we had to choose between Adam Kingsley and Brad Scott. I was keen on Kingsley, but looking back, when they got Robert Wall to help pick, it was pretty clear he's not a fan of Essendon.
I mean, who can blame him? We're all totally bummed out by how our season has gone down the drain.
