Teachers should get paid well because they basically act like parents and counselors for kids whose own parents aren't doing their jobs.
Seems like a hefty chunk of cash, but bloody hell, kids these days are outta control... No discipline at all. It's a constant bloody nightmare hearing about teachers getting abused or attacked. And don't even get me started on dealing with parents... No amount of money could make me want that job.
