Seems like a hefty chunk of cash, but bloody hell, kids these days are outta control... No discipline at all. It's a constant bloody nightmare hearing about teachers getting abused or attacked. And don't even get me started on dealing with parents... No amount of money could make me want that job.

Survival rates can totally shift. Saving the last 20 patients is a good sign that things are looking up and the chances of a successful surgery are high, even if things weren't looking so hot before.
