Ballarat council should have a long-term plan for a major shopping center to ensure the city's growth.

Without Woolworths and Kmart, the place would be another failure like DTC.

Oh well, as long as the developers are doing alright, I guess it's all good!

The last straw for retail in the CBD

Wouldn't it be more fun if all the shops in the CBD were bustling with life and energy?

I hope it's an improvement from DTC.

I wish they'd drop a Costco in Ballarat!

Let's keep it real, the mom and pop stores barely making ends meet. It's like Coles and Woollies basically running the show with 90% of the grocery market. They're pushing this whole fifteen-minute city vibe, but only letting the small businesses in to make it seem less like a regular mall.

Ballarat needs a dope-ass shopping spot ASAP, man. Melton's got a better one as it is, and Werribee's shopping center is lit. We need something like that here for real.

They built a road for a mall, now they're building the mall for the road. Missed out on a chance to have a awesome super mall and cool entertainment spot.
