We need more support for the over 55s in Wendouree and housing should not mix single young people who like to party with the older residents. Unit blocks should be exclusively for those over 55.

It all depends on who owns the place. Some companies make people pay for them and in some cases, like the contracts I've seen before, if the residents die or leave, the company gets the property back either completely or with most of its value. Heath Jones
