Just focus on teaching the kids, let the parents handle their diet, mind your own business.
I reckon they brought in some celery sticks with a lil' bit of peanut butter at our primary school canteen. We still ended up grabbin' the choccy donut, haha, and went runnin' 'round the footy oval.
Let's appreciate that children have food to eat, given the financial pressures on families. We shouldn't be picky about the type of food.
Mate, it's not on if the folks are prioritizing booze and partying over a decent feed.
There are more pressing concerns, such as drag queen story time. 🤦♂️

When I worked at the canteen, we used to sell pre-cut fruit that kids loved. I would also make pickletes, which became quite popular. You can totally make them healthier too!
That's mad messed up, man. It's got wayyy less sugar than jam or honey... but somehow those are still cool. I bet you anything, they'll come for that next. Soon enough, parents will only be allowed to send their kids to school with bread and butter.
You'd reckon people would be sending their sprogs to school with something heartier than fairy bread. It's just a nibble, not a feast!

Parents have the right to decide what goes in their kids' lunchboxes, and schools shouldn't interfere or dictate their choices.
Kids need to have the freedom to play, not be glued to their phones. It's harmless if it's allowed occasionally, not every day.
Allow your children to freely choose their own food, I would kindly disregard any objections from the teacher if they were to restrict my child's eating choices. It's not their concern what my child consumes, as long as they are eating it.
