I'm so glad my fam who went didn't have to deal with that. It's such a bummer and a pain. I love cheering along at a concert or show, and even a well-timed 'woo' in a movie is cool, but causing a mess for someone else to deal with is not cool. In most hood councils, ain't nobody with the right skills to handle the money stuff, and the state government ain't keeping them in check. The whole system is jacked up and there ain't no true leadership happening.
