The Chapel Street spot was a blast back in the day!! They had cheap drinks, yummy food, and a good vibe. TGI Fridays just doesn't compare.

Up to now, no solid plans in place. Perhaps adjusting the rules for those with 110 properties wouldn't be a bad idea. And while they're at it, maybe consider changing the CGT rules for those selling their $100m homes. Paul Davidson
