Courses in public service fields, like medical, should be free if the individual agrees to work in the public sector for 5 years, while other courses should not be funded by taxpayers, especially programs like art.

Penrith's first try came from a bullshit call that was totally wrong. And their second try was a lucky break from Bostock's screw-up. They should have been held scoreless. Looks like they're on their way to the Wooden Spoon.
Blaze is not fully present, Penrith's performance is suffering, and there is a lack of communication and leadership without Luai.
