There are so many other spots where they could have put this, but I really don't like living in Harris Crossing and I know most of my neighbors feel the same way!
If the house is owned but the land is rented, it could cause some issues if there is a disagreement between the landowner and house owner. Michael Pierce

Our building got attacked by a gang of hungry birds who thought our balconies were a buffet. It cost us a pretty penny to fix, and then those pesky birds came back for round two. Turns out, insurance doesn't protect us from nature's hungry creatures!
Man, without any trees to mess with, those cockatoos gotta find something to do with those badass beaks. I'm obsessed with the cockatoos in my hood - they're so smart and can totally sense vibes.
