They're not hard to take down, it's just a pain to put them back up. Our 12-foot tree takes 3 days to decorate and only an hour to take down. I still decorate it the old-fashioned way because I like to switch up the theme every couple of years. This year we decorated our shorter trees the same way. ... View More
