At me local shop, the Kmart buggies have these things, and I was told that soon all the Coles supermarkets will have them as well.

Another thing that worries me is how easy it is to get knives in that house. And the cop definitely needs some more training. I feel bad for him. I don't think he did it on purpose. Just a mistake. That's all. They should also take a closer look at the home. Carol White
