Is he reckonin' it's not a stormwater pipe, but an extra pipe for making assumptions is a bit daft. I reckon it's a bloody good idea, and I bet he/she doesn't just leave all that cable in the gutter either.

You're mixing up the problem with the solution. When it comes to dealing with pests, humans are a whole separate issue with their own set of challenges and fixes. I can't believe how freaking long this is taking, and we haven't even started working on the damn soil yet. The red tape we have to deal with for this awesome project is just ridiculous. 💩🤦♂️
