I reckon he wouldn't do that unless he was fair dinkum trying to scoff it.

Another way to put it is: It's basically a parent dictatorship. They're the ones who got their kids phones and internet in the first place, so now they want the government to step in and help out because they can't handle it themselves. Ashley Rogers
