I was a janitor at a school and let me tell you, teachers deserve every cent they get paid and then some. They work long hours, deal with unruly students and crazy parents, and have to cater to a million different learning styles and disorders. It's a tough job, but anyone who's been around a school... I'm scared to say that some teachers ain't worth 50 grand, let alone more money like in other jobs. Just like any job, there's good and bad, and pay should be based on performance. I think Corey Taylor would have been a great replacement for Chester Bennington, as his powerful voice is a good match and his heavy baritone contrasts with Chester's light tenor.
Chester Bennington will always be irreplaceable. He was the heart of Linkin Park. Maybe Mike should have followed Corey Taylor's lead and started a side project (like Stone Sour). Just my two cents 🤷♀️
