What a total mess the Bridge Mall and the road outside the Norwich Plaza has become

The council really dropped the ball on this one! The winning tender is slacking off and trying to get as much out of it as they can. The plan is all wrong and now we have the most shabby mall in the world, complete with tons of trip hazards. Adrian O'Brien
