Looks better but still not great

Well, I guess it's getting better, but it's still gonna stick out like a sore thumb. Just a big, blah building.

That playground upgrade is way overdue, but seriously, dropping $1M on a tiny park is straight up robbery. The City of Ballarat got played big time. If it was a private company, they'd get the job done for less than a hundred grand, no question. Alexa Spence
