We heard on the news that a woman died in Albury when a tree fell on her car. Stay away from trees in the wind, glad we don't have any near our house. ☹️

Fascinating how the breeze and the alerts cease at the border in that pic.

I'm living in Jindabyne (yeah, NSW but near the border) up pretty high at 1240 meters, and let me tell you, I've never experienced winds like this before. We got hit with 126 km/h gusts on Saturday night, and it's still going wild out there. This is no joke - these conditions are seriously dangerous... View More

The silver lining of the pandemic is that we can now do our schoolwork online using Google Classroom and Zoom when the weather sucks.

Wow, the weather has been all over the place in the past day! They said it would be hotter than usual, but we ended up getting chilly and rainy instead. Honestly, I believe Mother Nature will make a bigger impact on the climate than those $40 t-shirts they sell at climate protests.

We stay out in the sticks in WA, and when our kids had to go to school after a big snowstorm, there were always trees and branches blocking the road. The bus driver brought a chainsaw and would hop out to clear a path while the kids helped drag the mess out of the way. That's just how we roll. 🤣

10 years from now - yo boss, sorry but I ain't gonna be there, it's hella windy out. I'm chillin' in my safe zone.

We should've just called a state-wide pajama party and stayed in bed all day. This wind is cray-cray!

Bruh, things done flipped in just one day. They said it was gonna be scorching but now we got cold spells and rain. Mother Nature gonna work her magic on the climate way better than them $40 tees at protests.

In 10 years, sorry boss, I won't be in the office because it's a little breezy. I'll be in my cozy safe spot!
