Is there any change Optus can get anything right. Hopeless

They tried to give me a not-so-great offer, but I wasn't having it. When they asked if I knew anyone who might be interested, I told them there was no way I'd refer them to friends or family. I ended up taking my business elsewhere after dealing with their terrible customer service.

Customer service at this communications company is extremely slow and inefficient.
