The trolley bays at Hervey Bay Stocklands are always overflowing, with trolleys scattered in the car park on weekends and public holidays because they are not collected.

I return my trolley to the bay or offer it to someone else after using it, thinking of it as trolley recycling.
Anthony Webb
Looks like the disability spots are taken up by non-permit holders and the trolley area is a total mess. We all know what the real issue is here!

And check out all those 4x4s in the parking lot!

Why don't supermarkets cop a page from ALDI's playbook?

I wouldn't be surprised if all the stores have that thing where you gotta put a gold coin in and then get it back when you give it back.

Too damn lazy to return the shopping carts.

Lazy people in society do not take the time to return shopping carts to the designated area, but would be upset if one hit their car.
Maybe they should bring back those proper trolley collectors instead of making Coles and Woolworths workers do it all.
Joe Watson
We gotta shell out some cash to borrow a shopping cart, but hey, at least we don't see them abandoned all over the place!
Bruce Martin
If people are getting mad because half the shoppers are leaving their carts in the middle of the aisle, that's just how society is right now. Everyone is too busy or too focused on themselves to bother putting their carts back where they belong.

We all got the same 24 hours in a day, so if you're time poor, you just lazy.
Adam Hawke
At least they're in the shopping center carpark. It's up to the owners to hire some staff to get the trolleys.

This happens at every damn store. Idiots can't be bothered to return their carts. I get a kick out of watching them pull this stunt, so I swoop in and move the cart right in front or behind their ride, or even secure it to their door with a zip tie.
Adam MacDonald
We gotta have lots of signs telling shoppers to bring back their carts to the cart corral! Oh, and definitely slap a warning on there that carts are not allowed to leave the store!

It's unfortunate that people are too careless to put a trolley in its designated bay.
 David Hill
They're nothing but a bunch of lazy bums

Shoppers who are lazy.

This is so not qualified
Andrew Beatey
Woolies doesn't have enough staff to make enough money. $1-4 billion profit just isn't cutting it for them.
Marco Grassi
Humans are lazy.
Gavin O'Brien
Maybe those folks who think it's cool to work for free at the big stores (like the self-checkouts) could also volunteer to collect shopping carts?

I am glad these lazy people don't live in my house.

Lazy. If you can't push a stroller through there, you should definitely not be pushing one. Lots of space.
